Lavender Flowers

Composition: Lavender Flowers. Very pretty lavender flowers that will work wonders in baking or to flavor sorbets or cakes. We also love adding just a pinch to our Herbes de Provence blend especially for BBQ grilling meats, it's magic! You just have to be daring.... Add a few petals to a box of powdered sugar, they will bring a floral and festive flavor to fromage blanc or crème brûlée.
