"Why not make a spice mix to make instant chutneys?" A very good idea: 1 tablespoon to mix in 240 grams of jam of your choice! A delight with a jam of cherries, peaches or apricots!!! It's great for our English friends at breakfast and we are exquisite to accompany game or foie gras! hmmm
