Licorice Powder

Composition: Liquorice Powder. Licorice is a plant native to southern Europe and western Asia. The term liquorice actually refers to the whole plant, its root, but also the aromatic root extract (called liquorice). Licorice has been known and used for millennia in Asia and around the Mediterranean, both in food and in health. Proposed here in powder to be easily incorporated into your dessert creams, pastries, confectionery (as in Pan Massala Indian bonbons), in Drinks etc...and even in a yogurt for Sugar!
