Truffle Salt

Aromatic scents of truffle, garlic or malt characterize the ripe mushrooms. Their taste is sweet and pleasant. -Fine flakes of salt (Petalos de Sal) Our Petalos de Sal come from a mountainous region in the Spanish province of Alicante, about forty kilometers from the Mediterranean. Here, at a salt spring, there is an old saltworks where white gold has been mined continuously since the Middle Ages. The premium product of ¨Saline la Fortuna¨ is produced in a closed system and an elaborate process, without chemical additives - the sought-after crisp rock salt flakes. Ingredients: Salt flakes 97.5%, summer truffle 2.5%.
