Blue Salt Crystals

Composition: Blue salt crystals. Persian blue salt is a non-iodized fossil (gem) salt whose crystals were formed by plate tectonics 100 million years ago. Its blue color comes from the potassium ore called sylvinite, exclusively present in halite salts, generally pink in color, blue being extremely rare. Blue salt has the advantage of being non-iodized for allergy sufferers while having a salinity power! A quarter of a mill is more than enough.
