Composition: Noirmoutier salt. Salt harvesting on the Isle of Noimoutier dates back to the late Middle Ages. In the 1980s, most salt workers abandoned their salt-producing activities to devote themselves to the famous eponymous potatoes of the region. It was only ten years later that some of them decided to resume their productions. Soft, melting and subtly crunchy, this salt will wonderfully accompany all your dishes before or after cooking.
