<p><strong>Troo Ruby Aperitivo </strong></p> <p>Our house blend of vermouths and aperitifs.</p> <p><strong>Prepare</strong></p> <p>Fill a gin balloon mixer glass with ice.</p> <p><strong>Pour</strong></p> <p>Pour 50ml of Troo Ruby Aperitivo over the ice, top up with tonic (125ml – 150ml) and stir approximately 10 times.</p> <p><strong>Garnish</strong></p> <p>Dehydrated orange.</p> <p><strong>Enjoy</strong></p> <p>Before, during, or after a nice BBQ</p> <p>16% alc./vol.</p>
