In 2015, after higher education and a trip to the land of kangaroos, Mrs. TRUC decided to return to her small native village and promote the family know-how: the cultivation of herbs from Provence. His idea ? Offer the best organic aromatic herbs to give meaning and taste to everyday cooking! How ? By selecting the best varieties for local, controlled production, without chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
100% ORGANIC. Our pretty Herbes de Provence come from organic and perfectly controlled agriculture. No chemical fertilizers, no pesticides, just an old tractor and a good mood! We have been working the land for decades so that it can bring all the best to our plants. The varietal selection is rigorous. Harvesting and packaging are done by hand. Thus, we manage to develop powerful aromas and authentic flavors... for the greatest pleasure of gourmets and cooking enthusiasts.
100% PROVENCE. Obviously ! It is in the Var (83), and more precisely in the plain of Esparron-de-Pallières that all our plants grow. Located between the Saint-Victoire massif and the Verdon, this clay-limestone terroir benefits from an exceptional climate and perfect exposure. The TRUC family has lived in Provence for several generations. Our approach is based on respect for the products and their origins.
