Truffle Honey A perfect blend of the sweet flavor of honey and the subtle aromas of truffle. In this recipe, the slices of summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) are infused in a beautiful acacia honey. Directions for use: This Summer Truffle Honey will enhance many recipes: lamb and filet mignon roasted with truffle honey, baked apples roasted with truffle honey, etc. What we prefer is a touch of truffle honey on a piece of Pecorino or matured goat cheese. Store in a cool, dry place, away from moisture, light and heat.
