Whole summer truffle in brine 25g

Our whole truffles in brine are among the “favorite” products during the end-of-year celebrations. 
 We have selected the best truffles from our truffle hunting partners in the Arezzo region of Tuscany to produce this recipe. Ingredients: - Whole summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) - water - salt Nutritional values (100g): - Energy value Kj 219 / Kcal 53 - Fats 1.9 g (of which saturated 0 g) - Carbohydrates 0.2 g (of which sugars 0.2 g) - Proteins 4.6 g - Fiber 8.1 g - Salt 0.3 g Storage method: Store in a cool, dry place, protected from moisture, light and heat. After opening, store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.    Format: 25g Directions for use: This Whole Summer Truffle is ideal grated or reduced to pieces on many recipes for pasta, risotto, grilled meats and fish. What we prefer is to grate it into thin strips when serving a risotto.
