The inspiration behind the TSARINE Champagne bottle was born in 1996, during a dinner at the restaurant "Le Chardonnay" in Reims, at table no. 15. Philippe BAIJOT, captivated by the swirls of the bottle of an old decanter, draws the sketch of the bottle which shakes up the codes, with its singular shapes totally unusual in Champagne. This bottle will embody the modern and timeless elegance sought for its wines and will mark the beginning of one of the most beautiful contemporary Champagne epics. Each vintage reveals a subtle balance between elegance, freshness and finesse. Champagne TSARINE invites everyone to celebrate life's precious moments in a contemporary universe where elegance and panache meet. Œit: Pale gold color with light green highlights and fine bubbles. Nose: Fruity and delicate with floral notes of lime blossom, fruit paste, apricot, citrus fruits, then upon aeration more complex notes of brioche and biscuit. Palate: Lively and silky marked by aromas of candied citrus fruits and roasting. A slightly salty and spicy finish with lovely lemony notes. Serving suggestion: With lobster in vanilla butter or monkfish tagine with preserved lemons.
