Champagne Tsarine was born in 1996 during a dinner between two long-time friends from Champagne, Philippe Baijot and Bruno Paillard. They were inspired by a wine decanter with captivating swirls to design this unique bottle, now registered and protected. With a balanced style based on three pillars: finesse, elegance and freshness, Champagne Tsarine aims to embody elegance under the leadership of Isabelle Tellier, one of the very first female cellar masters in Champagne. Œit: Intense pink color with fine bubbles. Nose: Intense and refined with notes of red and black fruits such as wild strawberry, redcurrant, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry and blackcurrant. Palate: Gourmet and fruity, silky tannins on a base of spices (Sichuan pepper). A tonic and refreshing finish.
