The inspiration behind the TSARINE Champagne bottle was born in 1996, during a dinner at the restaurant "Le Chardonnay" in Reims, at table no. 15. Philippe BAIJOT, captivated by the swirls of the bottle of an old decanter, draws the sketch of the bottle which shakes up the codes, with its singular shapes totally unusual in Champagne. This bottle will embody the modern and timeless elegance sought for its wines and will mark the beginning of one of the most beautiful contemporary Champagne epics. Nose: Intense and refined with notes of red and black fruits such as wild strawberry, redcurrant, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry and blackcurrant. Palate: Gourmet and fruity, silky tannins on a base of spices (Sichuan pepper). A tonic and refreshing finish. Serving suggestion: with Gravelax salmon, sushi, strawberry tart or fruit salad.
