Small family-run Sicilian farm specialized in the cultivation of olive trees and in the production of extra-virgin olive oil. Tunnaliva was born from the need of Rocco and Domenico, in continuity with their father Carlo, to give life to a monovarietal oil fruit of the territory, the Valle del Belice, starting from olives grown exclusively from their own olive groves. The Tunnaliva EVO oil is a monocultivar "Nocellara del Belice" certified PGI Sicily. From an organoleptic point of view, the Tunnaliva EVO oil is a medium fruity with bitter and spicy vegetal notes harmoniously balanced and with a fresh and persistent. The label wants to recall the purity of the oil (white background), the bond with our land (the olive tree) all with a stylized and modern design. Tunnaliva EVO oil is available in bottle and bag-in -box of different formats.
