EVO Oil Tunnaliva - Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 100% Nocellara del Belice - IGP Sicily - Bag-in-box 3 L

-Tunnaliva extra-virgin olive oil comes exclusively from olives of the “Nocellara del Belice” variety harvested from our olive trees located in the Belice Valley, a predominantly hilly area in South-Western Sicily. -EVO oil with a typical medium fruity flavor with bitter and spicy vegetal notes balanced in a harmonious way and with a fresh and persistent aftertaste. -IGP SICILY certified, synonymous with quality and traceability of the product in the production phases from the cultivation of the olives to the subsequent milling and packaging. -Harvesting campaign: 2023/2024 - The bag-in-box best protects the oil from the air and therefore from oxidation thanks to the internal vacuum bag which compresses as the oil is tapped and to the dispenser tap equipped with a valve which prevents its entrance.  It is resistant, easy to handle and does not rust. -The label with a white background aims to recall the purity and organoleptic qualities of EVO oil.  The stylized tree and the staircase are instead the symbols of the deep connection with the territory and the reference to the values ​​of the peasant tradition. -In May 2022, Tunnaliva EVO oil received the silver medal at the prestigious international EVO IOOC competition.
