Turbulente offers an artisanal, elegant and sparkling kombucha made from natural fermentation of teas and aromatic herbs. Alive and rich in micro-organisms, it will provide you with energy and balance.
The Turbulente brewery was born in 2021 from the symbiosis of two personalities
complementary: Alice and Julien. These two Bidartars, passionate about cooking and
salty slides, have been fermenting this project for more than three years.
Every week they brew in their workshop in the Basque country to offer a non-alcoholic alternative without aromatic compromises to natural wines or other craft beers.
