Lavender & Blackberry Kombucha / Les Petites Bombes n°3

This latest ephemeral vintage from the limited series “Les Petites Bombes” has been a long time coming. It evokes walks in the forest at the end of summer, where we pick blackberries and look for the first porcini mushrooms. Lavender brings a voluptuous and floral side to the basic infusion, enhanced by the intensity of blackberry and its light acidity. The result is light, very aromatic, long in the mouth and reminiscent of a Pinot Noir pet’ nat, without alcohol this time. Design by Oui Romane (@oui.romane)
