Chateau Musar is a special red wine from Lebanon and is made from traditional grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan and Cinsault. The wine matures for no less than twelve months in oak barrels. After this wood maturation, the bottles remain for at least three more years in the cellar, so it is ready to drink at the time of purchase. A matured wine, spicy aroma with nuances of leather, candied red fruit and oak. The taste starts full and powerful and ends smoothly and long. Some wine journalists label Musar as one of the great wines of the world. This is largely thanks to the charismatic owner Serge Hochar, who passed away in 2015. For his great achievements, he was named Winemaker of the Year by the English magazine Decanter Magazine in 1984. Delicious with refined dishes such as meat dishes with mushrooms or game. 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Carignan, 33% Cinsault
