Turkey's first natural sparkling wine produced according to the champagne method using the traditional method “Methode Traditionelle”. This is made from native red grape Kalecik Karasi in the style of “Blanc de Noirs.” At 12.5 degrees alcohol contains 10 grams of sugar per liter. Light golden yellow with green accents. It has large fine-grained, lively and effervescent foams. These are followed by a strong sense of effervescence and aromas of nectarine, fresh grapes, green apple and rose petals. A refreshing champagne with a full and oily texture, lively acidity. Tasty notes accompany the scents of fresh bread from the nose and palate. Balanced, creamy, stimulating sparkling wine that can be served as an aperitif or a light starter. Served at 8-10 degrees, not too cold.
