50% cultured samphire, water, alcohol vinegar (25.6%), dehydrated onions, dehydrated carrots. With a crunchy texture and a slightly salty taste, marinated salicornia is adorned with its accompaniment of carrots and onions. It is eaten raw in salads, steamed. It is eaten with fish, seafood and white meats.
