WAKAME

Wakame seaweed is one of the brown algae. With a tender, soft texture and a green color, it can measure up to 2 meters long and 40 centimeters wide in its natural state. Leave to rehydrate for 5 minutes in cold water then drain. The wakame will then increase in volume in order to regain its flavors and its natural appearance.
