Producer of Galettes (buckwheat pancakes) since 1979, Ty Pleud was born naturally in 2017 from our know-how. The Chipsenn created is a gourmet buckwheat crisps naturally gluten-free, without additives or preservatives. We now have 6 flavors including 1 sweet which allows you to enjoy them plain or as a spread. we work with local mills and control the quality of our flour. Today, we collaborate with starred chefs and very fine delicatessens as well as wine merchants and cheese makers.
