Uberti has been a passion for cider vinegar, naturopathy and nutrition, combined with family know-how, for over 20 years.

The little story of Uberti
In 1976, Louis Uberti, a naturopath, created the first cider vinegar with plant extracts, “Le Spécial Uberti”, which was quickly appreciated by consumers and professionals alike.
Given his success, he created the family business Mondial Uberti's in 2000, in Alsace. Two years later, her daughter Ariane, also a naturopath, took over the management alongside her. It was in 2016, after the death of her father, that she took over the management of Uberti, with the leitmotif: contributing day after day to a healthier and more balanced future!

Beyond our products, social and ecological commitment is nothing new for Uberti. Family spirit, employee well-being, changing packaging, reducing energy consumption, eco-grazing, donations... Everything we do and create, we do with passion and kindness since the creation of Uberti.
