In addition to the harvest for our classic apple juice orchard, there are some vampire apple trees - these are the red-fleshed ones - which we use for our unique red vampire apple juice. Since the juice is always released as a limited edition, it is sold out very quickly. That's why we planted an additional twenty young vampire apple trees in 2020. These are still growing and already proudly bear one or two apples, but they are not yet relevant for juice production. Of course, this too comes only from the Uckermark weather, coupled with a lot of love and care from us. We call it organic without a seal - because the fruits go into the bottle in their natural state and without being sprayed.    The juice tastes atypically like apple, more like a hint of pear with a pleasant acidity. Truly an alcohol-free alternative.
