Socorritos de Cervera – Puff Pastry Assortment

Socorritos are the typical product par excellence of Pastas Uko, Cervera de Pisuerga and the entire province of Palencia.   It is a thin (salty) puff pastry dough in the shape of a bow or round, which we cover with icing sugar to give it a sweet touch.   The butter flavor and its soft texture is what characterizes this GOURMET product.   It doesn't need cold. 

Store in a cool, dry place.
