This cuvée offers a clearly pink color, expressing aromas that are always very fruity, with a very smooth palate, with spicy touches. Ultimate, an emblematic cuvée from Provence, subtly combines grape varieties such as Syrah and Rolle. 

Its pale color, with copper or silver highlights, is the result of a meticulous process, from the selection of the best juices to the stabilization on lees. Vinification: Fermentation at 16-18°C preserves the aromas, followed by reductive aging on lees before final blending. 

A contemporary rosé, combining fruity, floral nuances and spices.
