Here, the Syrah and Cabernet grape varieties exude aromas of Ente plum and blackberry, enhanced with spicier notes of gray pepper. 

The grapes are harvested early in the morning and quickly transported to the cellar. 

Fermentation carried out between 20 and 26°C with regular pumping over of the marc cap ensures gentle extraction. 

Vatting does not exceed 4 weeks, to ensure the tannins are coated, without ever extracting too much. 

Partial aging in barrels ensures greater aromatic complexity. This red wine will appeal to connoisseurs looking for an exceptional vintage, perfect for enhancing exceptional moments.
