Ginger Beer is a drink originating from Jamaica, consumed since the 18th century. Originally, its recipe is made by fermenting ginger, hence its name “ginger beer”. We revisited the recipe by infusing ginger roots. Its fresh and spicy taste makes it the perfect combination for an alcohol-free aperitif. It is also ideal in mixology for making the famous Moscow Mule. Profile : Slightly spicy and spicy, nice roundness, light honeyed flavor.
