Our alcohol-free “Pet’Nat’” is inspired by natural sparkling wines. We use products from the vine (verjuice and white grape juice) which we infuse with a bouquet of aromatic plants for a dry and mineral result. Verjuice and white grape juice from Périgord (Sémillon, Sauvignon, Ugni Blanc grape varieties), elderflowers, lemon thyme and rosemary from the Massif Central, honey from the Pyrenees: all the richness of the French terroir is expressed in this bottle.
