Cultivation and extraction of Tarragon: Tarragon is a perennial herbaceous plant, it forms a small bush with an approximate height of 1 meter. Tarragon appreciates cool soils, sheltered and sunny exposures. Flowers in May and June. Its smell is strong, powerful, spicy. Planted in the south of France with a producing partner, our Tarragon benefits from all the necessary resources to guarantee optimal quality of essential oil. Tarragon is harvested and distilled every year in early summer and autumn. We use a low pressure steam still for the distillation of our aromatic plants.
