UNCLE GOOSE MAKES WOODEN TOYS AND DECOR.
We handcraft our products in Grand Rapids, Michigan, from fast growing FSC certified basswood trees that thrive in the Great Lakes region.
We started making traditional toys in our family-owned workshop in 1983. A labour of love, we dote on the craft and care it takes to create each block and use only child safe, non-toxic inks, tested to the highest standards.
Environmentally responsible, our wood waste becomes garden mulch. Our shavings? We send them to local stables for horse bedding. Our packaging? We use recycled paper and recyclable film. Our brochures and letterhead? Same deal. Doing right by the environment is embedded in our processes and products. It’s the only way we know.
