CARNAROLI OLD RICE

“Politically incorrect rice favorite of great chefs” It comes from Piedmont and is grown in the rice fields of the Albufera Natural Park in Valencia. It has a larger grain and darker skin, aged up to three years. As it dries more, it generates more starch and lasts longer cooking time. It is indicated for sticky rice and risottos. (cloth bag)
