Price incl. €0.15 deposit This fair trade Ceylon cinnamon comes from small farming cooperatives. For a particularly high quality we only use the finest inside of the tree bark! This is then air-dried and gently ground. This creates the intense, wonderfully aromatic taste and the light colour. The outer rind, which is used on whole cinnamon sticks and also commonly used on cinnamon powder, tastes slightly bitter and therefore do not come into our cinnamon!
