Who is behind Upstairs Gin?
After successfully completing his training as a hotel manager and cook, Christopher Wloka underpinned his culinary and entrepreneurial knowledge at the oldest hotel management school in Germany.
In August 2016, while he was still studying, he founded "Upstairs Gin" and convinced from the start with his high quality awareness. His teachers and mentors at the Schwarzwaldstube restaurant, Hotel Traube Tonbach, appreciate and support his flair for fine notes and sophisticated creations to this day.
What started as a heart project has now established itself as a constantly growing, modern family business with a focus on quality, regionality and creativity.
