Located in Biarritz on the Basque coast, the URA SPIRITS distillery aims to combine tradition and modernity and to distil high-end spirits. Its name comes from both water, "ura" in Basque, and spirits, "spirits" in English, either spirit water or eau de vie. The distillation of all botanicals is carried out under vacuum and at low temperature. Very few distilleries around the world practice vacuum distillation or "vacuum distillation" for the moment because it does not allow to produce in large quantities. Yet this is, in our opinion, the best way to distil when distilling botanicals. It was obvious to choose the best.
