Style of rum: British type RUM. The floral, vanilla and rancio notes are bewitchingly balanced. The higher alcohols coming from a short fermentation bring a lot of depth and complexity. Today the still is at "Diamond", the only distillery in Guyana. Aging: 8 years continental Cask: Single cask / Bourbon Heavy chard or strong toast 48% vol alc The reduction of the % vol alc of our rum is carried out with mineral water from the Pyrenees.
