Style of rum: RUM rich in esters which give it notes of flambéed banana, saffron and pastry cream. A slightly oily nose typical of Jamaica. Long fermentation in native yeast. Added sugar: no Type of rum: Molasses / High esters Alembic: Pot still double twist Aging: 6 years tropical 3 years continental Cask: Single Cask / Bourbon 47% vol alc The reduction of the % vol alc of our rum is carried out with mineral water from the Pyrenees.
