Pumpkin seed flour

Pumpkin seed flour is obtained by grinding and sifting the cake (residue from the extraction of oil from our Beauce seeds). Rich in vegetable proteins (53%), it is perfect for gluten-free cooking, to be used in combination with other flours that are lighter in sugar or salt. It adds a pleasant and original taste to your dishes and desserts and brings a beautiful green color.
