Uses in the kitchen Thanks to its consistency, Extra Pear Jam is spread perfectly on biscuits or toasted bread, with the addition of a thin layer of butter. Perfect for making shortcrust pastry tarts or other sweet doughs, or to accompany puddings and panna cotta.
