Farmer's Fire Cream, 180g

A very tasty recipe for making Farmer's Fire. Spicy chilli pepper, aubergines, green olives and garlic chopped in olive oil, for a cream with an explosive flavour. Uses in the kitchen Excellent for spreading on toasted bruschetta and crostini, together with mixed cured meats and cheeses, to give a spicy touch to aperitifs and starters. Ideal as a condiment for pizzas and sandwiches or for filling cakes and other savory doughs. Recommended for lovers of savory taste. Ingredients: Chili pepper, olive oil, aubergines, rositi mushrooms (lactarius deliciosus), green olives (accidental presence of stones), garlic, salt, wine vinegar. Acidifier: Citric acid, Ascorbic acid. Allergens: Sulfur dioxide and sulphites.
