Pomorosito cream, 180g

Pomorosito is an original and tasty cream. Sweet dried Italian tomatoes shredded in olive oil with fine rositi mushrooms (lactarius deliciosus), spicy chili pepper, garlic and oregano. A cream with a strong flavour, much appreciated in the kitchen for its versatility. Uses in the kitchen Pomorosito is enjoyed on toasted bread bruschetta or crostini, to enrich aperitifs and starters. Perfect for filling sandwiches, savory doughs, small rustic puff pastry dishes and omelette rolls. It is used as a condiment on pizza, both white and red.
