We are a cooperative of associated work: “Agricola y Forestal de Nerpio SCCLM”.
From Nerpio, a privileged place, located in the Sierra del Segura, in an area of high
mountain and far from polluted urban areas, we develop environmental activities, and produce organic and sustainable food of the highest quality.
Our mission is to take advantage of the natural resources of the environment, using fruits and vegetables from local producers or from the closest ones, who especially respect the natural rhythm of the plants, from their cultivation, maturation and harvest, in order to offer the consumer the best flavor and the best nutritional quality.
We produce products that help the environmental conservation of the rural area where
we are located, maintaining its natural habitat, thus producing comprehensive sustainability. A circular sustainability that helps maintain the socio-labour support of a depopulated area.
Our recipes come from the tradition of preserving food for periods of scarcity and winter and with an artisan process that allows us to achieve an exceptional level of quality so that you can enjoy them at your table.
