It is thanks to the finest Bourbon vanilla pods, carefully harvested and prepared by hand in the Sambava region, in the North-East of Madagascar, that Vanissa vanilla powder is produced. It is made with the entire pod, which gives it a much more pronounced scent than the powder you will find in stores. Its heady fragrance reveals notes of vanilla, sweet, cocoa, balsamic... an explosion of flavors. By default, 500 g is packaged in 2 x 250 g vacuum packed.
