 The substitute for vegan cheese "smoked vegetable ricotta" is a VEGGIE KARMA recipe that you can enjoy with a little bread or in a lot of recipes (lasagna, stuffing, gratins, salads, ravioli etc...)  It has a very creamy texture, a slightly smoky and aromatic flavor, thanks to the basil and chives.
 ABOUT VEGGIE KARMA: The VEGGIE KARMA project began at the end of 2017 in Barcelona.   It is the story of a Frenchman (Julien) and an Italian (Giovanni) who join forces to change consumer habits and fight climate change.
