Covering an area of 24 hectares, it enjoys an ideal location at the foot of the Larzac plateau. hasAt 300 meters above sea level, it has a unique configuration. The draining power and the poverty of the soils such as schist and red ochre act as natural regulators on the balance of the vines. The temperatures there are relatively cool. There is an average difference of 13°C compared to other Languedoc regions during the summer months. This gives our wines fruit, freshness, and a lovely minerality... SERVING TEMPERATURE 6-7°C. TASTING NOTES Pale color with green highlights. Nose of fresh fruit, citrus and grapefruit notes. Lively, mineral, and aromatic palate SERVING AND PAIRING It will pair wonderfully with fish paillarda, seafood, shellfish, and cheese, or as an aperitif with friends.
