AOP Pézenas GRAPE VARIETY Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre VINIFICATION Traditional vinification, complete destemming, temperature-controlled fermentation, then partial aging in barrels. SERVING TEMPERATURE 17°C. TASTING NOTES Dense garnet red color with purple highlights. The dominant notes are Mediterranean black fruits - blueberries and blackberries, with hints of bay leaf, rosemary, licorice, cocoa and vanilla. Subtle and elegant, velvety tannins, round, structured body, good intensity and long persistence. Good aging potential. SERVICE AND SIDE DISHES Delicious with dishes in sauce, duck breast, red meat, and cheese.
