AOP Châteauneuf-du-Pape. GRAPE VARIETY White Grenache, Clairette, Roussanne. VINIFICATION The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, then destemmed, pressed, and aged in vats and barrels. SERVING TEMPERATURE 5 to 7°C. TASTING NOTES A wine of character and expression with a brilliant pale yellow color offering a delicate floral bouquet and notes of white fruit. On the palate, we find fullness, roundness and freshness with fruity and floral notes with some hints of brioche and toasted almonds. WINE AND FOOD PAIRING A marvel with veal blanquette with morels, poultry in sauce, cod brandade, shellfish risotto, or even truffle brie.
