The VENANDI adventure is first and foremost a responsible, human and very gourmet adventure around wild meat. The idea is to concoct products made from wild game meat from our forests to (re) put it on the front of the French culinary scene!
For this we collect the game from sustainable hunts before transforming them in the Lyonnaise region for the shortest possible circuit. Our approach aims to be close to our values, that is to say with authentic, transparent, and qualitative!
Our goal being to showcase wild game meat, our products are made up of 50% game meat when the legal threshold is 20% in France. Our sausages and terrines are therefore very low in fat compared to "classic" charcuterie.
