Our sausage is prepared from wild deer meat, taken from the vast natural areas of France. Deer is a lean and healthy meat that is considered “light” because it is 25 times less fatty than beef. It is rich in potassium, iron and phosphorus.

Each sausage is handcrafted, with particular attention to detail. We attach great importance to the quality of our products. The wild deer is selected with rigor, and each stage of production is meticulously controlled to guarantee a sausage of excellence.

Wrapped in a natural casing, this allows slow maturation and optimal preservation of aromas.
