WILD DEER TERRINE WITH DEAD TRUMPETS AND HAZELNUTS (100g)

Our terrine is made with 50% wild deer meat from French forests. Wild deer offers tender, tasty meat of incomparable quality considered “light” because it is 25 times less fatty than beef. It is rich in potassium, iron and phosphorus. The trumpets of death, wild black mushrooms, bring an earthy and delicate flavor to the terrine. Their unique aroma and slightly crunchy texture sublimate deer meat. As for the hazelnuts, they add a crunchy note to the terrine, offering a delicious contrast with the melting texture of the meat. Our terrine is made with care, using traditional artisanal methods. This guarantees a creamy texture and a balanced distribution of flavors, for an unforgettable taste experience.
