Since 2019, Fabien ABILLARD has been offering his artisanal arranged rums with white rum from the French Antilles distilled in Guadeloupe under the brand and name VENT D' RHUM. Today, more than 20 recipes have been created from the production workshop located in the region.

VENT D' RHUM is made with a blend of hand-cut fresh fruit, spices, artisanal cane sugar syrup and rum distilled in Guadeloupe.

These blends balance between the delicacy of Guadeloupe rum and the authentic taste of fresh fruits selected for their origins and qualities.

The fruits are selected from a greengrocer or producers for their origins and to have the best quality while respecting the seasons.

VENT D’ RHUM rum is appreciated for its balanced taste when tasting it; we find the alcohol and the fruits which will bring layers of flavors and allow the perfect balance of aromas to arrive in the mouth.
